The Vendue is a boutique hotel in the historic French Quarter of Charleston, SC. The hotel consists of two buildings on opposite sides of the street at 19 Vendue Range and 26 Vendue Range.
Award and Honors
- The Vendue has been featured in Conde Nast Traveler, Vanity Fair, Forbes, and Travel + Leisure, winning multiple awards from these and other similar sources every year since opening.

Our Role
The building at 19 Vendue Range originally consisted of five separate warehouse buildings serving the Charleston waterfront dating back to 1785. This part of the hotel was partially renovated in 2013-14, with upgrades to the lobby, lounge, and dining areas.
BRC provided design for sound isolation and reverberant noise control in these spaces.
Dedicated to the arts in all forms, the hotel has an artist in residence and a curated exhibit of works from around the world.
