This 30,000 sq. ft., $12.5 million Community Center includes a flexible multi-purpose room capable of hosting musical and theater performances, dance troupes, public speakers, video presentations, charity auctions, dinners, weddings & receptions, and other community events.

Our Role

BRC provided design for several innovative features to enhance the usefulness and enjoyment of the facility. Multi-track operable partitions were designed to utilize partition panels for reverberant sound control during various main event space configurations; acoustically isolated floor and ceiling assemblies allow simultaneous use of event space and lower floor classrooms without noise intrusion in either space. An acoustical stage canopy optimizes on-stage acoustics and projection to the seating area, and stores vertically in the stage loft for non-musical event space uses.
